The vacation homes shown on this website are located in Green Valley, Arizona.  The homes currently shown are located in four neighborhoods:
  • “The Resort Homes”

All of the rental units listed here
have the following amenities:


Green Valley Recreation (GVR)

All of the units shown are eligible for GVR.  What this means is that the property owner maintains the membership dues for the property.  Tenants may use the GVR facilities.  This is fairly simple to do at the GVR office, for a nominal fee, based on the number of people and the number of days, weeks, or months of your lease.

Convenient Parking

All of the units listed have off-street parking for your vehicle, and for at least one guest.  The one-bedroom units have a common parking lot.  The two-bedroom units have adjacent, covered parking (either a carport of garage.)  Guest parking may be uncovered.


Laundry Facilities

All of the units listed have a washer & dryer in the unit.  No coins to fuss with.  No trips to the coin-op laundry.


Furnishings

All of the units are fully furnished.   They have beds, tables, chairs, couches, television(s), DVD or VCR, Cable TV, local telephone service.  

There are towels (bath and pool), bed linens, pillows, basic cleaning supplies --  The things that you would expect to find.   If something you need is not in your unit when you arrive, it can generally be provided -- just ask.

Note:  Telephone answering machine and U.S. mail delivery are available by request.


Kitchens

The kitchens in the units are well outfitted with the things most people need.  If you arrive and discover that your kitchen is missing something that you regularly use, it can generally be provided -- just ask.

All of the units listed have:
  • dishwasher
  • garbage disposal
  • refrigerator
  • electric stove
  • electric oven
  • coffee pot
  • toaster (or toaster oven)
  • microwave oven
  • pots & pans
  • set of dishes for at least four  (two bedroom units tend to have more)
  • drinking glasses
  • coffee cups
  • flatware
  • cooking tools (spoons, spatulas, mixing bowls, measuring cups... you get the idea)
