This two bedroom, two bath Townhome is centrally located in Green Valley, Arizona.  With over 1,400 square feet of living space, it is truly a home-away-from-home!   It is within one mile of two GVR centers, Safeway, CVS and Walgreens Drugstores, four banks and several restaurants. 

The unit is a private "end unit", which means only one common wall, and extra windows.   It has a fantastic view of the Santa Rita Mountains from the living room and back patio.  Neighbors have commented that this home has the largest living area in the block, and at the highest point in the neighborhood, it has the best view also.

The unit is fully furnished.  The master bedroom has a king size bed and television.  The guest bedroom has a twin size bed.  The living room has a sofa, two chairs and a large television.   The kitchen has been completely updated.  There are three dining areas to choose from:  a breakfast nook, the dining room table and a patio table with umbrella.  They each have seating for four. 

Also included are towels for the bathrooms, kitchen, and pool, bedding, basic cleaning supplies, washer/dryer, iron & ironing board, and a well outfitted kitchen.

Rates:  2010: Available as a vacation rental through mid-September 2010. The rental rate is $1,000 for a 30-day month. Discount for more than one consecutive month, please inquire. This rate includes the following utilities: Electricity (up to $100 [800KWH], ample for most who stay here) Extended Basic Cable TV Water & Sewer Trash Removal Local Telephone service Optional: Cox cable can install high speed Internet access with a "roommate plan", directly through Cox. (There are free WiFi hot spots close by, which may be easier, depending on your needs.) Currently leased long-term starting late September 2010.
