This one bedroom, one bath "Resort Home" is centrally located in Green Valley, Arizona.   It is walking distance from the main GVR center (called "West Center"), Safeway, CVS Drugstore and even a few restaurants.  (About five or ten minutes, depending on how fast you walk.)

The unit is quiet and has an East facing window in the dining area which looks out onto the courtyard.

Summer 20011:  This home is partially furnished.  It can be leased un-furnished or fully furnished depending on your preference.

When fully furnished the home has: Two twin beds, a sofas, dining area for four, lazy-boy type recliner chair, towels, bedding, washer/dryer and a furnished kitchen.  The photos show it as furnished.

Please Note:  This home is Non-Smoking.  One small pet MAY be OK.  Please inquire.
