Please be aware that Green Valley, Arizona is an age-restricted, active adult community. The official rules state that at least one person in your party must be age 55 or older. (In practice, some neighborhoods allow a few people as young as 45.) No residents under the age of 18 may be in permanent residence. If you have minor children who will be part of your party, please talk with us so we make sure everything goes smoothly.

All two-bedroom homes also have two bathrooms (at least one bathroom has a standard bathtub.) The two bedroom homes also have covered, adjacent parking. (Usually a carport.)
